I studied at Capsicum Culinary studio and obtained City & Guilds certificates in food preparation and cooking and food safety in catering. I have over 4 years professional experience in hotel, catering and restaurant classical training.  I am eclectic and intuitive cook and love classic dishes and making them my own. My love for food stems from the way it brings people together!
