I studied at the International Hotel School and I have worked for the Tsogo Sun group and the Hilton group with over 14 years’ industry experience. I’m a chef who loves taking risks with flavours! I have a passion for the old ways of cooking using fire and smoke and am a firm believer in using the freshest local ingredients and packing as much flavour into a dish.
