I have completed both my diplomas at the Johannesburg Culinary & Pastry school and am a professional culinary and pastry chef. I have worked at various restaurants over the years, developing recipes and cooking exciting memorable dishes for various restaurants. I am a creative chef and enjoy combining different flavours!
